In short: Most likely, yes.
In long: There has been a lot of evidence (video and photo) of Nova acting the way he does, and has shown to not change whatsoever, there is no sign of him stopping.
Should I go harass Nova?
In short: Absolutely not.
In long: Harassment will do nothing but give Nova another reason to act the way he is, so no, don't harass him.
What pronouns does Nova use???
In short: Any as far as we are aware.
In long: The wiki mainly uses he/him and they/them interchangeably. However, Nova has stated that he also uses she/her. As far as we all know, any pronouns are fine with him.

In Long: Given that Nova has had the label “Lolcow” for quite some time and a large ego, he wants to make himself look better in contrast to other lolcow's (I.E Tophiachu). He has also called out Andrew ditch, White Bowser, amongst others.
