Current Situation is used to display a code, Nova's housing status, and location. These are in order of hierarchy from top to bottom: if two are occurring at the same time, the one higher up is used. The number on the right is the code number.

| Pink | 10 | Nova just sexually assaulted somebody or been sexually assaulted himself. |
| Silver | 9 | Nova is to be gone for an extended period of time. |

| Blue | 7 | Nova is in jail or is institutionalized |
| Death | 6 | Nova has been injured and is hospitalized |
| Rainbow | 5 | Nova is kicked out of an establishment |
| Ticonderoga | 4 | Chat logs or photos of Nova have been leaked |
| Burgundy | 3 | Nova is "in college" or education |
| Black | 2 | Nova is not posting on social media |
| Green | 1 | Nova is posting on social media "normally" |
