Mental Health, believe it or not, is incredibly important. And while there are some people willing to use it as a “Pity me” card, it is important to realize that some people are genuinely[1] going through horrible mental health states right now.

- samaritans.org A UK based non-profit who is willing to support people (In English) from anywhere in the world. The website also contains resources on how to deal with Mental Health, amongst other topics.
