Gabriel (or Nova Online) has a complicated relationship with his health. He is visibly overweight, and his hair looks consistently greasy in any video he's in, implying heavily that he rarely (if ever) bathes. His diet is similarly as unmaintained as his appearance and hygiene, usually being fast food and energy drinks, plus an array of other snacks that aren't good for his health.
Weight and diet
Gabriel is visibly overweight. Like with most people suffering from this condition, it's due to the fact that he rarely exercises in meaningful amounts, and his diet is an especially important factor in it as well. He has rarely been documented eating leafy greens, fresh fruit or wholesome grains, instead making the bulk of his regular diet fast food and energy drinks, alongside other unhealthy junk food for snacks.
Fitness

Gabriel has occasionally posted content of him working out. However, many have pointed out that these videos show him oftentimes doing sets with incorrect form and dubiously verifiable amounts of weight. The capacity in which he works out is evidently not enough to shave off any of his excess weight, nor gain him any reasonable muscle definition.
Personal hygiene
Gabriel is visibly unhygienic. His hair is very greasy and unkempt, which implies that he rarely bathes. His diaper and age regression fetishes also contribute to the detriment of his cleanliness.
Unsanitary living conditions
While not as entrenched into his lifestyle as Christian Weston Chandler or Tophia Slydell, Gabriel has shown that on occasion the space in which he lives can be quite dirty, unsanitary, and cluttered with garbage. Which he then does nothing about due to his habitual laziness.
Mental health

Gabriel has stated that he has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and is speculated by the community to have more mental issues than just that. He also weaponizes mental health, attempting to use both his autism and suicidal ideations to act as a shield from criticism and/or trolling.
