Weening

Weening, also known as failtrolling within the CWCsphere, refers to the act of trying (and failing) to troll someone — in our case, Gabriel Gage — and failing the whole way through due to inexperience in lolcow culture, making oneself look annoying and buffoonish.

Weening is one of the most prominent vile deeds if the Unholy Pentad, with many prospective trolls (sadly) not knowing when to quit when ahead and engaging in the most debaucherous of weenery.

While that sounded like a mouthful, it's not that complex: many people are not Clyde Cash (of CWC fame) and simply don't know how to best troll ole' Gabe, so end up making themselves look annoying and aggravating to be around.

What weening is

Weening is fairly straightforward in character. It's characterised by petty, ear-grating, eye-soring and downright debaucherous acts of trolling attempts which fail in actually annoying Gabriel. Most of the time, weening comes with the consequences of being doxxed and/or becoming the subject of ridicule.

Compiled by our finest editors, here are some not-so-fine examples of what weening is:

  • Vandalizing Gabriel's new wiki
  • Going onto his livestreams and trying to annoy him
  • Spamming weenish phrases at him with no substance
  • In general, being an annoying tard

Note that what was listed above is sadly not an exhaustive list of what we here at the wiki have documented in regards to weenery.

What weening is not

Weening is not successful trolling, to put it bluntly. No matter how cringy, seemingly annoying nor clicé'd — if someone succeeds at extracting lulz from our hero, then it is not weening.

While you could just read some of our incident pages to see examples of non-weening, here's some examples which we have slaved to compile for your convenience.

  • The hacking of his TikTok
  • The destruction of his Discord server
  • When SmokeyMcC called Gabriel a "pudgy pedophile" on-air, causing him (who was stalking the stream) to tard rage out and quit watching the livestream.

We don't encourage you to try and see if you really are that guy and become the next Clyde Cash to Gabriel's Chris-Chan. While you may in fact be that guy, the golden age of lolcows has sadly came and went, and you would more likely than not simply end up being a ween.
