Unholy Pentad

The Unholy Pentad, a term inspired by the Unholy Quintet (which was first created by the CWCsphere), is a set of five actions which are commonly frowned upon by the Novaverse. These are:

• Weening - Trying and failing to annoy Gabriel due to inexperience in lolcow culture, usually making oneself look buffoonish in the process.
• Enabing - Playing into Gabriel's wants and fantasies; Whiteknighting is also a form of enabling, as is standard financial enabling (usually done through livestream donations).
• Whiteknighting - Ignoring Gabriel's past actions & metaphorical skeletons in his closet to defend him from perceived unjust criticisms from orbiters & would-be trolls.
• A-Logging - Erroneously exaggerating Gabriel's many faults & wishing undue harm upon him or making egregious comparisons to much worse historical figures.
• Carpetbagging - Exploiting Gabriel's online infamy, usually by selling merch using his likeness. Not necessarily financial in nature.

Weening

Weening (also called failtrolling) is the act of trying and failing to annoy Gabriel due to inexperience in lolcow culture, making oneself look buffoonish and annoying in the process. Many orbiters wishing to become trolls (un)fortunately fall into this category. As a principle, one shouldn't try to troll Gabriel in the first place. Many people in other lolcow communities end up receiving serious consequences, both online and in real life, due to their trolling escapades (such as being doxxed).

Enabling

Enabling is the act of participating in & willingly playing into Gabriel's neuroses and fantasies. Enabling comes through many shapes and forms, many of which aren't explicitly financial. Whiteknights are a form of enabler, with people such as Thoughtless (who entered into a pseudo-romance with him and destroyed his Discord server) being in a unique category of shame entirely.

Whiteknighting

Whiteknighting is the act of ignoring Gabriel's obvious faults & past bad deeds to protect him from perceived unjust criticism and undeserved trolling. A form of enabling in of itself, a more prominent new whiteknight is Unkn0wned, whom in November 2024 created a new wiki to oppose the one you're on right now.

A-Logging

A-Logging (coined from prominent CWCritic Anthony "A-Log" Logatto) is the act of erroneously exaggerating Gabriel's many, many faults. While ole' Gabe is undoubtedly a selfish, lying, hypocritical, egotistical child-groomer, he is not a person any more dangerous than an infamous lolcow: he is not Hitler, nor Stalin, and comparing him to such is heavily frowned upon.

Carpetbagging

Carpetbagging is the act of exploiting Gabriel's online infamy for one's own personal gain. This usually comes in the form of selling merch using his likeness without permission (an example of financial gain).
